2. Eligible Refund Situations
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within the Cooling-Off Period: If you decide to cancel your enrollment within the first 14 days after your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. This is our “cooling-off period.”
- Course Material Defects: If you encounter issues with the course materials that significantly hinder your ability to learn, and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
3. Ineligible Refund Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Cancellation within One Week of the Course Starting: Cancellations made within one week of the course starting will not be eligible for a refund.
- Failure to Attend or Complete the Course: We do not offer refunds based on your failure to attend or complete the course.

– Your full name
– The course name and purchase date
– A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund - Review and Response: We will review your refund request and respond to you within 5 working days.
- Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
